They’ve been discovered by David Carretta on his famous label Space Factory, their tracks are on big dj’s lists, such as Dave Clarke or Alexander Robotnick.

They’ve been remixed by heads of electronic music (The Horrorist, Motor, John Lord Fonda, Haujobb), they made a cover of Suicide with Gabi Delgado from D.A.F.

They are supported by french pop stars Dominik Nicolas (ex-Indochine) and Etienne Daho himself. They brought back Electro Clash revival on the french scene in 2012 with their first release “From The Waves”, then were acclaimed with their physical releases too (“Sadisco”, “Sadisco r3mix3d”, “Birds fallen from Heaven” & “Cold Diamonds”) by both underground music critics, alternative european charts and synthpop audience in search of hight quality.

Now, the french electronic music has a sound, a face and a name : ADAN et ILSE.

Born out of befriending Krisztian Puskar on a trip to Budapest last year and learning that he had been curating this compilation, which fell apart on the label end before all tracks had been received. I offered to step in and release it, making this a rare release in label’s discography to be curated by someone else. Perhaps an unsual selection for Chondritic, but fits right in with some familiar artists.

Featuring exclusive songs, in order of appearance: Puce Mary, Martial Canterel, Image of Life, Palmovka, Drama!, Ravi Shardja, Tigrics, Superskin, Opposing Currents, and the wonderfully confusing Konvoj Bonton Bajkera.

G.V. Is a band formed by A.Giordano. He starts composing songs and lyrics reflecting dark and nostalgic atmospheres typical of dark and cold wave, but with a modern attitude which draws inspiration from contemporaneous Berlin’s and British minimal synth experiments.

After a while he decides to create a real band which takes more substantial form after having experienced several line up changes… With Gennaro Campanile playing bass guitar and Roberto Amato on guitar everything seems to work out.
