VOGUE.NOIR is a one man project from London, England. Previously playing in the Synth/Post Punk duo SATO SATO , Dominique kept the machine based approach to write music inspired by the Synth scene in the 80s. Using elements of Italo Disco, EBM, Minimal Synth and Synthpop , VOGUE.NOIR aims to convey a reflective, melancholic sound with the energy of Dance music.

Following a stunning cassette EP for Night-People and an equally killer 12″ single for Oraculo, DKA is very excited to issue Yr Body Is Nothing, the debut LP from Boy Harsher. Even if DKA had never heard the aforementioned recordings, we’d have been easily convinced by the strength of their live performance alone, as the duo has passed through Atlanta several times in the past few years and never disappoints. With a heavy emphasis on rhythm and atmosphere, the ten songs presented here showcase a songwriting and production style that is sophisticated and unique, dark but powerfully uplifting. The sound is paradoxically massive yet minimal, providing the perfect space for Jae Matthew’s rich, deep, and emotive vocals to occupy as she, along with co-pilot Gus Muller, pulls the listener ever deeper with each passing song.
The Spoiled is an Italian solo project founded in late 2015 by main producer, singer, songwriter and instrumentalist Giovanni Santolla. Its musical framework is a mosaic of darkwave, noise rock, dark ambient and industrial combined with a deep love for surrealist and horror movies and Decadent literature. Glacial drum machines, tribal percussions, chorused basses, distorted synths and ethereal vocals portray a claustrophobic yet melancholic journey through the deepest and darkest feelings of human being. |
