Kuzina (meaning “cousin”) – founded in 2018 in Voronezh, Russia, stands at the intersection of synth-pop, new wave and minimal synth.
Their synths sound like they’ve been dragged through the dirt and played through slashed speakers, and the vocals resemble Soviet female singers from the 80s.
Kuzina – “Night King” is a double single, based on the poems of the founder of Russian metaphysical realism, Yuri Mamleev. As always, fun about the scary.
