Maurice Business, a man of many good traits, shares stories of his life from an unclassifiable era. His melancholy lyrics, laced with a dark humour, hold a personal insight into his own bleached mind, touching on betrayal, tragedies and stupidity.

After the release in 2020 of a debut EP via australian tastemakers Burning Rose, Mr Business finds himself lost yet again in another portal, this one leading to the lands of ‘Stock Market Rhythms’, trapped inside another flesh suit in wall street, what’s really going through their head and how did they get there ?

“Stock Market Rhythms” channels through this energy to bring you four fabulous tales of what is in the mind of one of these creatures.

Offermose channels the liquid light of a million souls. Casting dark repetitive spells, summoning long forgotten apparitions from the ever-flowing mist of eternity.

After two EPs and the critically and publicly acclaimed debut album “Mørkt Forår” (2018), Offermose is back with a new offering, ‘Stilhedens Tårn’. The sophomore album due on October 16th of this year.

Disonant howls from the charred ruins of the Berlin School era, penetrates the heavy fog of the Dungeon Synth lineage. The edges of our comprehension burns. Poisonous black smoke evaporates into cosmic emptiness. This is the coming of a new Dark Age.

Crush of Souls is the new musical endeavour of Charles Rowell (Crocodiles, Flowers of Evil, Issue…).

After relocating from New York to France, Charles has been pushing and morphing the project towards its final state over the course of the last years. But it wasn’t until he was living out of a hotel in north east Paris, a short stoned stumble away from La Station and Espace B, that Rowell found his inspiration for Crush of Souls. The city provided the background and the scene of friends who pushed his creativity even further.

There’s always been a thread of electronic, goth rock and diy noise music running through all of Charles’ projects, however Crush of Souls pushes harder and further featuring guitars revisiting tones only discovered by Chrome, primal Wax Trax style beats, challenging noise passages that rattle the ghost of Genesis P. Orridge – the rain and wind ultimately completed by stormy saxophone entries.

A dreamlike – or nightmarish – electrical journey into the weird, not for the faint hearted!

One of the best kept secrets in the ebm/industrial scene, Window return with raw and relentless energy in the form of a 5 track EP titled “Endless Cycle”.

This is the sound of those driven mad by the lust for civilizations end. Swarming synthesizers and shrapnel vocals paint a picture of creeping destruction, while steady rhythms trudge on gladly through the aftermath. All that remains in sight is the vacant city streets under a canopy of dust.

Started in 2014, Window is a duo consisting of Dylan Travis (Some Ember) & Reuben Sawyer (The Column, Anytime Cowboy…). Known for intense live performances and blown out lofi production, Window has released material on cult underground labels such as Total Black and Fallow Field. They continue their objective of exploring abrasive modern electronic music.

Pennsylvania’s dark shadow figure, Lunacy, has been releasing music in small batches since 2016. After 4 EP’s and a compilation LP, the time for a debut album has come, the “Age of Truth” is upon us.

With such a broad span of music in such a short amount of time, Lunacy has been working on crafting a sound that people can identify with – equal parts lush noise and undertones of melody. Blurring the lines in between genres, exploring the realms of noise music with a reminiscent shoegaze feel to it and a psychedelic effect on the listener.

The ongoing theme in “Age of Truth” is coming to terms with the aging of mankind and the damage that the human race is responsible for. The Ripple is an effect or idea that one seemingly small factor that is wrong, or one small incorrect decision can have an effect that is both long-lasting and far-reaching. It is hard to take a step back and look to the future in such a fast-paced and instantaneous world, but even with such foresight and accountability now, it may be too late to undo what has been set into motion.

Listeners have expressed having a religious experience, out of body, or psychedelic experiences while listening to the music or seeing Lunacy perform live. Lunacy seems to step outside of just being an art project and stands as a symbol for what’s to come of humanity. The “Age Of Truth” is the signifier that you can only hide behind something for so long before it eventually defines you.
